Frequently Asked
Questions

Our team provides compassionate, personalized dialysis care designed around your needs. From your first consultation to ongoing treatment, we’re here to make every step feel informed, supported, and comfortable.

Dialysis, or hemodialysis, helps perform some of the functions healthy kidneys normally carry out, such as:

i. Removing Waste products and excess fluid from your blood.

ii. Regulating blood pressure.

People who have CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) or kidney failure can’t filter waste through the kidneys anymore and will have to go through dialysis treatment to filter waste and extra fluid from their blood.

Each patient typically needs to go through dialysis treatment 3 times per week

Each treatment takes approximately 3-5 hours, depending on the patient’s condition, treatment plan, and how much fluid and waste need to be removed.

We do not accept any HMO’s, but we do accept PhilHealth health insurance as mandated by the DOH

Nothing in particular, but here are optional things to bring for the sake of your comfort

i. Snacks

ii. Book, e-reader, puzzle, or other quiet activity

iii. Water bottle (We provide service water)

iv. Loose, comfortable clothing
